Outdated docs in gnome-applets that haven't been converted to xml

Hi.

There are a few place in gnome-applets where docs have not been
converted to docboox XML yet, and some of them aren't even being built
etc. Would be nice to hear if any of these can just be removed so we can
drop the dependency on jw and remove those checks from configure.in:

Also in gnome-applets/man/*.sgml there's a bunch of man pages that from
the look of it are just shipped as .sgml and not being built

Please take a look and tell us what can be axed.
