I disagree. I think the docs should go to gnome-docu/gdp/contrib/.
This is supposed to be a staging area for documentation. Any related
user documentation should be placed into gnome-user-docs. When a couple
docs are written for developer documentation we should create a new
module gnome-developer-docs which will package the developer docs.
