The LDP is also going to be moving toward xml. I don't know about kde
and debian, although I suspect they will be as well. It seems to be
the future.

Now that the tools are moving from sgml to xml, we need to talk about
how we can all work together toward a common standard. It would be a
shame to diverge unnecessarily.
