OK, I'm confused.
Should it be:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=GNOME DiskFree
<snip>
Exec=gdiskfree
Icon=gnome-diskfree.png
Terminal=0
Type=Application
ghelp:gdiskfree
OR:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=GNOME DiskFree
<snip>
Exec=gdiskfree
Icon=gnome-diskfree.png
Terminal=0
Type=Application
gdiskfree/gdiskfree.sgml
Will either work? Will the second pass the correct url to Nautilus for help display?
