I also had trouble with the tags relating to FAQ (<qandaset> and so
on) until I made a bunch of changes at once, one of which was switching
from a DocBook 3.0 version to a 3.1 version. I think it was because
it was an article. Looking at the book, it says something about this
changing for 3.1. (This isn't a GNOME-related doc, but I thought I'd
mention it, just in case anyone hits it as well.)
