Help Spec

Hi all,

Just shaking a few trees, reminding people that I'm on the lookout for
any comments on the help spec I posted a couple of weeks ago [1].

Shaun: I seem to remember on IRC [1.5] that you said you had a few
comments or things that Mallard [1.75] would need added.  Any word on
these?

Everyone else: Any comments on anything in the proposal?
