I don't think this is viable.  Because there are multiple modules
involved.  As for opening up the development cycle, my personal criteria
for sourceforge access to the project would be the same as it is now,
mainly that there be significant contribution.  As for the home page,
I'll see what I can put together on gnome.org this weekend.
