I never use it (okay, I used FM for some weeks once it was ported to
Winodws in the 90th).
I've the feeling the SGML part of FM isn't that important. Norman Walsh
used Jade + his style sheets to produce MIF files of his book on DocBook
-- so it was possible to do some fine tuning prior to printing (AFAIK).
