Sure.

You must include at least the --pkg switches required by GDA Vala
bindings and your proyect.

Then you must compile you code with the following command:

valac --pkg libxml-2.0 --pkg libgda-5.0 $(YOUR_SOURCES_FILES)

For an example on how to create a Vala library using GDA, you can
refer to libgda-vala branch (will be merged to master soon) or master:
