+1! It really should be optional because it makes debugging absolutely
annoying and I guess most people will not depend on the java provider
(and distros package it seperately anyway.
A agree.
I know of this problem and as I haven't found a way of disabling that crash handler in the JVM, I'll have to figure out how to unload the JVM if not needed.
