[gnome-db] Disabling jdbc provider in jhbuild

If there's no objection, I'll disable libgda' jdbc (java) provider in
jhbuild. It has an annoying crash-detector via the JDK which makes
debugging difficult. This is activated even if you don't use that
provider, just because libgda loads the library to be able to list the
providers.

I also noticed this build error today, though I thought I had a new
enough JDK:
