Yes, sorry but we are now reconstructing the web site using a wiki and
it's not finished. Here is a correct URL:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libgda/1.99/libgda-1.99.0.tar.bz2

Libgnomedb is on the same server in its own directory.
