[gnome-db] New GnomeDb support for Glade3

Attached you'll find the directories, files and so to add Glade3 the
initial support for GnomeDB library. You'll find the MakeFile.am's and
configure.in used to create the enviroment variables and MakeFile's

I had a problem, even I'm sure the modifications in the Makefile.am's
and configure.in are correct:

- If I call autogen.sh, it generates correctly the Makefile's in the
glade3 and data directories (OK)

- If I call make, it compiles all directories but NOT the glade3 one,
and if you do make install it doesn't install any file in glade3

- If I call make inside glade3 directory, the code is compiled
correctly then the code is fine and the MakeFile is correct for the
variables CFLAGS and libraries needed to compile

I have spend a lot of time and send questions to the gtk-devel-list
and they couldn't help me, I hope this information could help.
