[gnome-db] Renaming to libgda-3.0

I can't find the email, but I think we agreed that it would be best to
rename the new libgda API to libgda-3.0, so that we can have 3.0 in
the .so name and the .pc name, and in the include directory, etc, avoid
a lot of confusion.

If there's no objection, I'll do that in cvs in the next few days.
