We'll need to do the same thing for libgnomedb, I think.

I'm also hoping that you find time to add the database_name parameter to
prepare_create_database(), or tell me how to do it. It's blocking me
from porting Glom to libgda 3.0.
It's in CVS now (you'll see it's very simple...)
