[gnome-cy] KDE 3.2 delayed until end-Jan

Just in case anyone was thinking of contributing (I don't think anyone was!), 
the original cut-off point for translations was next Friday (21), for a 
release date of 8 December, but that has now been put back to end-January, 
with final translations due on 9 January.
