The translations are versus HEAD but work fine for the most part on
2.2/2.4
If you don't want to keep them packaged you can do the following
msgfmt something.po -o /usr/share/locale/cy/LC_MESSAGES/$name.mo
Where $name is the app name/lib name etc and can be got by looking at
another locale if in doubt.That makes testing a lot easier 8)
