[gnome-cy] ACCAC letter

I suppose I should have said, but I'm doing so now.  Last week I sent a letter 
to ACCAC (Curriculum Authority for Wales) asking them whether they would 
consider open-sourcing the Termiadur book, and giving us/me a digital copy I 
could put in Omnivore.  If anyone wants to see the letter, let me know, and 
I'll put it on the website.

The letter may of course get filed under "Litterbin", but one never knows ...
