Actually this can't be the erroneous plural form case, because the
"countable fragment" is "preponed" to the count. In other words, "%d
zmeškaných hovorů" would miss the ngettext support, but the current
string does not.

Such "preponed" formulation can be often found on Czech forms or tables, for
example:

Slov: ___A___  Vět: ___B___

the above is interchangeable with the following:

Slova: ___A___  Věty: ___B___

where A and B are any numbers we choose. And that's absolutely fine, just
like in English. :-)

Additionally, we can supply the plural object (in genitive) with the
singular subject:

Počet slov: ___A___  Počet vět: ___B___
