For Gnome 2.0 bonobo has been split into GUI / non-GUI bits in modules
libbonobo and libbonoboui, the helper is in
libbonobo/bonobo/bonobo-types.c, I'd be interested in your opinion, we
used it to rapidly GClosurize our callback APIs.
