Hi there,

	Can we patch the README in xml-i18n-tools to conform to the
namespacing guidelines - nautilus is not a good example.

	perhaps the following is a better guide:

	foo.oafinfo --> GNOME_Foo.oaf.in
	foo-baa.oafinfo --> GNOME_Foo_Baa.oaf.in
