I guess this is reasonable if you assume every program being localized with
xml-i18n-tools is part of GNOME. I for one don't think that every program's
oaf and idl file names and CORBA definitions should be in the GNOME
namespace just because the program uses the GNOME libraries unless it's
considered part of GNOME (like the control center, or maybe Nautilus).
I'll make the change, though.
