oaf / oafinfo problems ...

Hi guys,

	Another thing that was omitted in the oafinfo -> .oaf transition
was adding a check for a version of oaf that bothers reading the .oaf
files. I've just added a configure check for Oaf >= 0.6.2

	In the meantime people need to update their oaf to at least that
version to get Bonobo >= 0.32 to work.
