Thanks, Christophe, I'll try this when I get home. In the meantime I
have running on Mageia (thanks Olav).  I went through the
whole Debian installation from an iso but when I reboot I get the CD
install menu (which has no option to boot from the hard drive). How
can I proceed?

In addition, when I try to add a Fedora box from an iso, I get this error:
Boxes-WARNING **: wizard.vala:136: Failed to create domain: internal
error Process exited while reading console log output: char device
redirected to /dev/pts/1
qemu-kvm: -drive
could not open disk image
/home/mike/.cache/gnome-boxes/fedora16-unattended.img: No such file or

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
