Dear Exhibitors,

I sent the email below back in June. The deadline to rebook is 2 weeks
away. Please keep in mind that if you do not rebook you will lose your
primary exhibit space to our waiting list. Passwords were sent out
back in June as well. If you have not received your password, please
try the “Forgot Your Password” option. Please feel free to contact me
if you have any questions.

Subject: CSUN's 2012 Exhibitor Re-booking Information
Importance: High

Hello Exhibitors:

We want to take this opportunity to thank you once again for being a
valued contributor and participating in the 2011 CSUN Technology and
Persons with Disabilities Conference. We also want to notify you that
it’s time for Exhibitor Re-booking. The 2012 Conference will be held
February 27- March 3, 2012 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel.

We hope you will take the time to read this notice and strongly
encourage you to carefully review all the information concerning
re-booking and exhibiting at the conference. We are currently changing
to a different management system and we’d like for you to double check
the contact and company information. You will be receiving a second
email with your password information.

Once again our high attendance of 4,800 for 2011 demonstrates that the
CSUN Conference, which is still the largest and oldest
university-sponsored event of its kind, continues to draw increasing
numbers and a large audience. The Conference traditions that developed
over time now reflect a level of credibility that could only have
evolved from our effective networking and solid reputation which
positively impacts and influences attendee participation.

Thoroughly review the information regarding the exhibitor rules and
regulations. After you accept the terms and conditions, you will be
able to confirm your booth space(s) for the 2012 conference. Currently
you are only able to rebook for same amount of booths/location. The
deadline to complete the online application and deposit is Monday,
July 25, 2011. If you do not register by this date your booth space
will be released.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
