I can confirm this.  In roughly 1 out of 5 tries, Java Swing
applications with JAW do run without any problem.  So the issue seems to
be related to locking in combination with timing.

As a nice sidenote, when I actually manage to fire up a Swing app with
 JAW,
it is a lot more responsive then JABG used to be, this is very promising!
Thanks for your work so far, Ke.  JAW seems like a step in the right direction.
