Greqt! The new version of ttybrl.c is now (revision 1847) saved in BRLTTY's
source repository.

I forget the specifics (perhaps someone else will know exactly what to tell
you), but you need to configure the horizontal mechanical sensors to "foollow
caret" (or something like that). For some reason, selection 5 of some menu is
in my memory.
