AT_SPI_IOR is the new atom found in GNOME 2.18 (Fedora 8). Take a look
at Ariel's patch for the following feature.

In addition to enabling accessibility for root authority configuration
windows on Ubuntu, this patch has enabled multi-host accessible clients.
