I would be willing to track basic accessibility like keyboard access and
theme-awareness for the core desktop UI components (I have to do it
informally anyhow).

Somehow we have to decide what are the 'real' must-haves for
accessibility in 2.0 and which things can be patched in later for the
people who need them.
