The way gettextize modifies po/ChangeLog is apparently considered a
"feature", and calling gettextize multiple times is apparently "wrong".
It is fairly simple to patch gettextize not to do this though. The
patch I use is in jhbuild/gettext-changelog.patch.
The glib-gettextize script doesn't include the po/ChangeLog "feature".
