Kevin,

Although we haven't finalized the 1.4 extra apps list, I think it's
safe to say that dia will be part of 1.4.

Jamin and I will try to announce the details of the apps and what's
included in a day or two, but it's safe to say that updating the docs
should probably be a high priority.
