Please change trhe interface language in Edit / Preferences / Interface.

Wish it worked in Gimp 2.6.10 ... or maybe this is only issue with
Debian Gimp Package?
Few Years ago i saw this option in Edit / Preferences / Interface but
in this version i can't find it.
