[Gimp-docs] Violation of GFDL license by databook.cz GIMP User Manual download

Hi,

we've been informed that your download of a PDF version of the GIMP user 
manual, available at 
http://www.databook.cz/gimp-uzivatelska-prirucka-v-ceskem-jazyce-1131, 
is in violation of the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL).

The issue is described in a message sent to the gimp-docs-list mailing 
list, and is available at 
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gimp-docs-list/2012-November/msg00014.html

By imposing additional restrictions on the buyers - in particular, 
denying them the right to redistribute your PDF version - you are 
violating the terms of the GFDL, in particular its main concept:

"to assure everyone the effective freedom to copy and redistribute it, 
with or without modifying it, either commercially or noncommercially."


To correct this problem, please do the following:

- inform people who have downloaded the document previously that they 
have the right to redistribute it


If you choose to continue to publish the document, please do the following:

- publish an updated version of the PDF version without this restriction 
(preferably a more up-to-date version of the document, too)
