Yes. You can always check the main Inno Setup translations at
<https://github.com/jrsoftware/issrc/tree/master/Files/Languages> to
find out which codepage to use (look at the LanguageCodePage line).

Note: if the language that's being translating for isn't present on
Inno Setup's github, Default.isl from
<https://github.com/jrsoftware/issrc/blob/master/Files/Default.isl>
will also have to be translated (you can check if there's an
unofficial translation already at
<https://github.com/jrsoftware/issrc/tree/master/Files/Languages/Unofficial>,
but those may not be up-to-date).
