[Gimp-developer] Update for osx build scripts

This in an update for the build and packaging scripts for the osx port of gimp.

• fixes for pango and font errors
• update atk, pango, and pixman packages
• enable the creation of python apps and the pyconsole
• update README
• other small fixes/typos
