All,
My LMDE just upgraded me to gedit 3.4.2 and I hafta say that what has
been done to the 'find' box seems to me to be positively crazy. Is there
some way to restore the older, sane, functionality? If there is no way
to get the find box to stay open until *I* close it, then I'll be
downgrading. Which is the latest version that does *NOT* behave that
way? Who thinks these things up? Or is it just me that things boxes
should stay open until closed by the user?
