The accelerator is defined on GtkTreeView
(http://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/tree/gtk/gtktreeview.c#n1712). You can
override this keybinding in a ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file, with something like this:
binding "OverrideBrowserKeyBinding"
{
unbind "<ctrl>f"
}
class "GeditFileBrowserView" binding "OverrideBrowserKeyBinding"
