[gedit-list] setting up remote connection

Hi,

I have just installed the great lightweight gedit on mac os x, but cannot figure out how to setup remote connections for ftp, sftp etc.

Do I need to install a plugin? If so which one?

It doesn't support subversion svn by any chance?
