[gedit-list] Native Mac OS X GEdit : Option key doesn't work.

Hello,

I am running on Mac OS X 10.6 and I installed the native version of 
gedit from the .dmg package. The program seems to run correctly but the 
option/alt key doesn't work, so it prevent me from using some special 
characters such as { } [ ]. It's quite annoying to program.
