Sorry, but this is very incomplete description of the issue.  
Could you please describe what exactly happens, what should 
happen, which versions of programs you use, etc.?

Probably the best way would be for you to write a bug to 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org -- it will tell you which all 
information are necessary for us to even begin trying to figure 
out what's the problem.

When you file the bug, you can post its URL here for everybody to 
see.
