[gedit-list] ANNOUNCE: XMLHelper plugin

Hi,

I have created a simple Python plugin for gedit making it more easy to 
write XML documents in gedit. It ads two commands to Edit menu:

End Tag -- which adds to the cursor an end tag for the last open tag.

Last Tag -- which repeats at the cursor the last closed tag.
