[gedit-list] Gedit (2.20.3) becomes very slow when display right margin is enables

Hi everyone,

I just noticed that gedit becomes very slow if I enable "display right
margin" in the preferences. Is this a known bug (or undocumented
feature)? I could not find anything in bugzilla related to this. FYI I
am running F8 on a pretty fast machine (AMD 64 with 4 GB ram), so that
should not be a problem. To be sure that "display margin" is the
problem I disabled everything else, including the plugins, and the
problem remains.
