[gedit-list] accelerator-plugin

Hi there, 

I have written a small plugin to assign accelerators to all menu-items.
You can get it form http://empty.23inch.de/pmwiki.php/Main/EditShortcuts

Currently it is a little bit hard to use because it maps action-names to
accelerators. What would be a better way to present available actions?

I like to see the plugin added to the list at live.gnome.org. I will do
it myself if it is ok?!?
