Yes, there is -- Nautilus opens Docbook files in Yelp
by default (though the creative things we do at the
documentation project with Xincludes confuse it
sometimes... ;)

I'm doing this with a view to submitting a small
collection docbook snippets for inclusion in gedit --
so it's up to you, what do you prefer?
