[gedit-list] plugins' config files

Hello,

I included a preferences dialog to my python plugin, and wonder about
where to save the configuration stuff. Is there a policy about where and
how plugins should save their config files? I am unsure, but I guess
that "~/.gnome2/gedit/plugins/mypluginrc" is the best option.
