[gedit-list] Language spec file for iptables

Hi All,

I have a language definition file that adds syntax highlighting
for iptables firewall files.

It works with "iptables-save" format firewall definition files,
as well as firewall creating shell scripts.

Not sure if this will have wide appeal or not... also not sure how to
go about contributing it.

Any advice welcome.
