[gedit-list] python class browser updated

Hello everybody,

I just updated my python class browser plugin for gedit.

Some changes:
- The plugin now has a version (0.1)
- The tree can be zoomed in and out
- commented functions appear in blue
- private methods are orange

I personally never used class browsers for other purposes
than navigating code. If you feel a feature is missing, or
have suggestions about how to improve the class browser,
please let me know.
