Looks like a good start, thanks! You're welcome to use images from the 
wiki for the page, if you need to upload them and the new icon, you can 
put down attribution for the screenshots as me, and Jakub Steiner for 
the icon.

Yeah, I think it's definitely good to keep that aspect of the history, 
and that probably seems like a good place to keep a mention of the 
contributions Elementary made and the fork as well.
