Hi Michael,

That feature request is a little bit different, my request is about notifications, not the default selected folder when Geary starts up.

GMail itself only shows notifications for its Primary folder (in its android app, its browser notifications) so maybe we can just simply default to Primary folder for GMail till we have the ability to chose default folder in Preferences.
