[Geary] Call for testing: Special folders for MS Exchange and with lower-case names

Hey all,

I have just attached a patch to Bug 748183 that should allow Geary to 
better pick up special folders (Sent, Trash, Archive, etc) when they 
have to be guessed by name:

- The Sent and Deleted Items folders for MS Exchange servers
- Any lower-case special folders name for older servers that don't 
support SPECIAL-USE or XLIST

If you have accounts on servers that fall in to one of these 
categories, can you please try compiling Geary 0.11 using the patch 
attached to <https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=748183> and add 
a comment in the bug if it works or doesn't?

I'd like to release Geary 0.11.1 soon and include that fix as long as 
it doesn't break anything.
